Packless ("we," "us," "our") operates a pre-launch website at packless.loupfashion.pt. This policy explains what information we collect from you on that site and what we do with it. We collect very little today, and we intend to keep it that way.

What we collect

The only personal information our site currently collects is the email address you choose to submit through our "Get early access" or "Join the early list" signup forms. We do not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this site as of the date above.

How submissions are processed

When you submit the signup form, your email address is sent directly to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form-processing service we use to receive and forward submissions to us. Web3Forms acts as our data processor for this purpose. You can read their own privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy. Because Web3Forms is a US-based service, your email address may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to write to you when a city opens, membership levels are ready, or there's a meaningful update about the service you signed up to hear about. Submitting the form is how you give us consent to do this. We do not use your email for any other marketing purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until we launch and you either become a member or ask us to remove it, or until you ask us to delete it beforehand — whichever comes first.

Your rights

If you're in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR with respect to the email address we hold about you, including the right to:

• Ask what we hold about you (access)
• Ask us to correct it (rectification)
• Ask us to delete it (erasure)
• Ask us to stop processing it (restriction / objection)
• Ask for a copy in a portable format (portability)

Changes to this policy

As Packless moves from a pre-launch waitlist to an actual membership service, this policy will change to reflect what data an active membership requires. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens.
