These terms apply to your use of the Packless website at packless.loupfashion.pt. By using this site or submitting the signup form, you agree to them.

What this site is, today

Packless is currently a pre-launch, informational website. It describes a travel membership we're planning to launch and lets you leave your email address to be notified when it does. It is not yet a paid service, and no membership, purchase, or contract for goods or services exists between us today. The cities, membership levels, and pricing described on this site are illustrative and subject to change before launch.

Using the site

You may browse this site and submit the signup form for your own personal use. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the signup form for any purpose other than requesting updates about Packless.

Content and ownership

The Packless name, and the text and design of this site (excluding third-party photography, which is credited to its source), belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that any city, membership level, or launch date described here will happen as described, or at all.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Packless is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including reliance on any information about future availability of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the service moves from pre-launch to an active membership, and we'll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens.
